If you use a site hosting service, such as Wix or Blogger, you might not need to (or be able to) edit your robots.txt file directly. Instead, your provider might expose a search settings page or some other mechanism to tell search engines whether or not to crawl your page.

I have a question concerning the extraction of sequences from a fasta file (>7000 sequences) using a reference .txt file with sequence headers. I have been playing around and been looking all over the internet to find a solution for this problem, but surprisingly, nothing really matches what I want to do. So, I have two files:

Problem: this function gives me the full sequences, but extracts too many sequences since everything that partially matches the strings in the .txt file will be selected. In this case, it means that also Zotu10 and Zotu22 are selected.

@michellemorales I have a question, in your below script, you use write() 2 times, the 2nd time will overwrite the 1st one, so you will get the same content as days.txt. Instead you should open the 2nd file with append mode, this way it will have title. Also, the last 2 print methods, only print the variable content, it have nothing to do with the new file content.

You can then open the generated .txt files on your local computer in your favorite text editor (I recommend Visual Studio Code), and start curating however you see fit! Each tweet is separated by a delimiter line, making it easier to visually parse and handle multiline tweets (compare/contrast with raw @dril_gpt2 output, which blends together a few tweets per delimiter). 041b061a72
